Nick Allen, CPA  - Founder

Nick Allen is the founder of Stillwater, a boutique CPA and advisory firm serving real estate developers, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. With more than 16 years of experience, Nick specializes in complex tax structuring, real estate development, and strategic advisory.


Prior to founding Stillwater, Nick served as Director of Finance and Accounting at Discovery Land Company, where he worked across a diverse portfolio of real estate and hospitality projects. His experience also spans real estate development, e-commerce, and professional services, giving him a broad perspective on the financial challenges and opportunities faced by growing businesses.


Clients value Nick for his ability to navigate complex structures while turning them into clear, actionable guidance. His work is centered on helping clients build, protect, and grow both their businesses and their wealth with a long-term perspective.
